WHAT IS A LIVE ILLUSTRATOR?
Olivia Colletti Art is a live illustration studio based in Michigan, offering elegant, minimalist illustrations at weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across the country. Our work focuses on creating meaningful, art-forward experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and timeless.
Olivia Colletti Art is currently seeking skilled, enthusiastic artists to join a small roster of contract illustrators in select locations. This part-time, contract-based role is ideal for artists looking to earn supplemental income while using their creative skills—most events take place on weekends.
Prior experience with live events is not required. Selected artists will complete a complimentary, unpaid training program to learn our signature Olivia Colletti Art illustration style and workflow, including how to complete a refined portrait in approximately 7–8 minutes. Once trained, artists will represent Olivia Colletti Art at in-person events within their region.

Responsibilities:
- Represent Olivia Colletti Art at in-person events, providing live portrait illustration services
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Create refined, minimalist illustrations efficiently during live events (timing is taught during training)
- Set up and break down your illustration station before and after events
- Participate in training sessions to learn and refine the signature Olivia Colletti Art style, workflow, and guest experience
Requirements:
- Strong foundational gesture drawing skills
- Openness to training and learning a specific live illustration style
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
- Availability to work flexible hours, mainly evenings and weekends
- Experience working with markers, alcohol markers, or similar media

Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Expected Hours: Approximately 2-3 events per month (you make your own schedule!), 4-6 hour events
