I charge per person, so that I can account for all the materials we will be using. Upon booking, I will require that a 30% retainer be paid based on the average number of people you expect to attend the party. The rest must be paid in full no later than the day of the party. I also provide discounts for bigger groups and weekday bookings!

I will provide all the art supplies: paint brushes, water cups, easels, canvases (or whatever else you want to paint on;), paint, aprons, and table covers (if you want me to). The price also includes set-up, tear-down, and a step-by-step painting instruction from your's truly!

Yes, I'm so glad you asked. Paint parties must be 7 people or more.

The only things that are really necessary for the party are tables, chairs, and adequate space for guests:) I also encourage that you provide food and drinks for your guests as well!

My travel policy includes up to 50 miles round-trip from my house. Everything over 50 miles and under 2 hours, I charge the federal gas rate. For everything over 2 hours, I require lodging for one night in a hotel.

The earlier the better, especially if it is a weekend date. I paint live at weddings and host art events, so weekends are busy for me.

Upon booking, I require a 30% retainer. This is simply a fee that retains my services for the scheduled event date, for which I turned down other work. If you must cancel, this retainer can be used to reschedule for another paint party or as a credit towards another artwork by me!
